[YES] You may use the graphics in a new digital and print product to sell to end users for their own personal use. For example, to create journal, planner, sticker, coloring printables to sell on Etsy or in your own shop, publish books on KDP. 

[YES] You may use the graphics in a PLR template to sell to other printable sellers with commercial use rights. For example, to create journal, planner, sticker PLR templates.  

[YES] With the yearly plan, you are allowed to use up to 5 graphic packs in a membership each year. Monthly plan does not allow to use the graphic packs in a membership. Please email Carmen to register the pack(s) you plan to use in a membership.

[YES] You may use the graphics as the main element of your design for commercial use, as long as you do not sell the graphics in the original format (Clip Art), and you incorporate the graphics into a new design to sell.

[YES] You may use the graphics to create stickers to sell as long as you create a new design by combining our graphics with other elements. At the minimum, you need to add a white border around the graphics to sell as stickers.

[NO] You are not allowed to sell any of the graphic files as-is, whether in PNG or other file formats. You must use them to create a new product to sell. You are not allowed to sell the original graphic designs or create products that compete with us.

[NO] You are not allowed to give away the graphics for free. Please set a fair price to your products that use our graphics and do not diminish the value of the graphic assets.

[NO] You are not allowed to offer products with the graphics in a membership for free, even the customers have paid for your membership. In the yearly plan, you are allowed to use up to 5 graphic packs in a membership each year.

[NO] You are not allowed to use the graphics to create logos or apply trade marks.

Yes, you may cancel the membership at any time. After cancellation, you will still have access to the available graphics through the month you have paid, until the expiration date of your subscription. Once your subscription is expired, you will lose access to the club content.

There is no expiration date to download the graphics in Pretty Clip Art Club PLR Product Licensing membership. Members can download the graphics at any time. New graphic packs will be released to the club by the 15th of each month. After downloading the graphics, you can keep them forever even your membership is expired.
